The global polyacrylamide market exceeded $6.8 billion in 2025. That growth has flooded the market with suppliers — from multinational conglomerates to single-reactor factories on Alibaba. Finding the right one is the hard part.
We've compiled this list from public supplier information, product scope, export accessibility, and buyer-side comparison criteria. One disclosure: our own factory (ChinaPAM) appears at #5. We've aimed to present every supplier fairly.
How We Selected These 10 Manufacturers
Five criteria: verified capacity ≥50,000 t/yr, full product range (anionic + cationic + nonionic), export to ≥10 countries, documented quality control minimum, and buyer accessibility (MOQ, samples, English communication). A domestic-only giant with no export infrastructure did not qualify.

How to Verify Any Manufacturer
- Batch COA — MW, charge density, solid content, residual monomer, dissolving time.
- 2–5 kg sample — jar test under your conditions. We send free 2 kg.
- 3 consecutive batch COAs — reveals process control consistency.
- Verify factory — Google Earth / SGS audit. Filters trading companies.
- Dissolution test — ≤90 min, no fish-eyes. See our guide.
The Bottom Line
No single "best" PAM manufacturer exists. Qualify 2–3 through sample testing, allocate volume on performance data — not brand name. The polymer doesn't know which factory made it. Your jar test is the scorecard.
How to Build a Practical Shortlist
A useful PAM supplier shortlist should separate three questions: who can make the chemistry, who can keep batches consistent, and who can ship the right documents to your country. Large global brands are strongest when a utility, mine, or oilfield project needs global framework agreements and very conservative supplier approval. China-based manufacturers are often strongest when the buyer can test samples, compare COA data, and wants factory-direct pricing for repeat industrial demand.
For buyers replacing SNF or FLOPAM grades, do not start by asking for a "same product" quote. Start with the application and performance target. The grade that works in a thickener may not be the same grade that works in a filter press, even if both are called APAM. Use our CNfloc, SNF, and FLOPAM equivalent guide to organize the benchmark grade, then confirm molecular weight, charge or hydrolysis, dissolution time, and dosage by jar test.
Country fit matters too. A buyer importing into India has to plan GST, CHA handling, and monsoon storage. A buyer importing into Indonesia may care more about POME, nickel laterite, Form E, and tropical storage. A South Africa mining buyer will usually focus on gold, platinum, coal, and local document requirements. The manufacturer comparison only becomes useful after these buying constraints are clear.

Standards Note
According to ICIS-style chemical-market practice, capacity comparisons should separate nameplate capacity, available export volume, and application-grade fit.
Per SGS audit practice, supplier ranking should be verified through factory visit, batch COA review, and sample performance rather than brand name alone.
