Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses and other technical request data in its platform logs under its own service policy.

We use collected information to:

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use the following service providers, and may share data with them as described:
- Vercel: hosts this website and processes technical request data in its platform logs. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure page views and page performance. A private Vercel Blob store holds our inquiry delivery queue and crawler event records; its contents are not publicly accessible and are read only by our own server.
- Google Analytics: measures how the website is used, through cookies and similar technologies, under Google's own policies.
- Discord: each form submission and WhatsApp button tap is delivered to our sales team as a message in our team's Discord server. The message contains the details you submitted, the source page and campaign parameters and the approximate location. It does not contain your IP address.
- WhatsApp (Meta): our WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with our business number. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policy.

- Before a submission is sent to Discord, a copy is placed in a private delivery queue so it is not lost if Discord is unavailable. That copy is deleted as soon as delivery succeeds; until then, delivery is retried automatically every 10 minutes.
- A submission that cannot be delivered (Discord rejects it, or it stays undelivered for 7 days) moves to a private dead-letter store for manual follow-up and is kept there for up to 90 days.
- Crawler event records are deleted after 30 days.
