How to Place Your First Bulk Order
- Define your specifications — PAM type (APAM/CPAM/NPAM), molecular weight, charge density, format (powder/emulsion), quantity
- Request samples — always test before bulk ordering. 500g-1kg is enough for jar testing. We ship samples within 3-5 days.
- Run jar tests — confirm the sample performs as expected in your water. Optimize dosage.
- Request a formal quote — specify quantity, packaging, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.), and delivery port
- Review the COA — Certificate of Analysis should show MW, charge density, solid content, residual monomer
- Place order and pay deposit — typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Production and QC — 7-10 days production, 3-tier quality control
- Shipment — we handle all export documentation (MSDS, COA, packing list, commercial invoice)
- Receive and verify — check packaging integrity, run spot tests on arrival
Incoterms: FOB vs CIF
Most buyers choose between FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight):
- FOB Qingdao — we deliver to Qingdao port, you arrange shipping. Better for buyers with established freight forwarders. You control shipping cost and carrier selection.
- CIF your port — we arrange shipping and insurance to your destination port. Simpler for first-time importers. We handle all logistics.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle everything including import duties. Most expensive but zero hassle for the buyer.
For first orders, CIF is usually easier. For regular bulk buyers, FOB gives more control and often lower total cost.

- 25 kg PE-lined kraft bags — standard. 800 bags per 20ft container (20 MT). Easy to handle, good moisture protection.
- 750 kg jumbo bags (FIBC) — for large operations. 26-27 bags per 20ft container. Reduces handling time on site.
- Custom packaging — we can print your brand name on bags for private label orders.
All packaging includes moisture-proof PE inner liner. Bags are palletized and stretch-wrapped for container loading. We provide loading photos and container seal numbers.

Quality Assurance for Bulk Orders
Bulk orders go through the same 3-tier QC as all our products:
- In-process monitoring — real-time polymerization temperature control, initiator ratio tracking
- Batch testing — every batch tested for MW (±0.5M tolerance), solid content (≥92%), dissolution time (≤90 min), residual monomer (≤0.05%)
- Pre-shipment inspection — packaging integrity, moisture protection, container loading supervision
We retain samples from every batch for 24 months. If you have a performance issue after receiving the shipment, we can compare your batch against retained samples to identify the cause.
For large orders (>50 MT), we welcome third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek). We provide full access to our facility and documentation.

Volume discounts: 5-8% for 20+ MT orders, 10-15% for 100+ MT/month contracts. Annual contracts with fixed pricing available.
