Where a laboratory answer beats a catalogue answer, send us material. We run jar tests against your own water or sludge sample in our applications lab and report the flocculant, the dose window, and the make-up concentration we observed, rather than the one that looks best on paper. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard trial-order MOQ is 500 kg for many powder PAM grades. Custom formulations and bulk orders are quoted by grade, quantity, and document requirements.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes, we provide free 500g-1kg samples for testing. You only need to cover the shipping cost. We can also arrange jar testing at our lab with your water/sludge samples.
What is the typical delivery time?
Common-grade lead time is usually 7-10 days after order confirmation. Some grades may have China factory stock, confirmed by model before quoting. Shipping time depends on destination and freight method.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Our technical team provides dosage optimization, application guidance, troubleshooting support, and remote jar-test guidance.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work on T/T and L/C. Terms are agreed per order together with quantity, packaging, and document requirements before the proforma invoice is issued. Payment instructions only ever come from our own domain — see the fraud note below.
Which documents ship with the goods?
A technical data sheet (TDS), certificate of analysis (COA) for the produced batch, and safety data sheet (SDS) accompany each shipment. Commercial and transport paperwork — packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, and certificate of origin where the destination requires it — is prepared per order and per destination.
How is the product packed for export?
Standard export packing is a 25 kg kraft paper bag with an inner plastic liner, or a 25 kg PE bag. OEM labelling is supported. Bags are palletised and shrink-wrapped for container loading; loading plan is confirmed with you before the container is stuffed.
