Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes, we provide free 500g-1kg samples for testing. You only need to cover the shipping cost. We can also arrange jar testing at our lab with your water/sludge samples.
What is the typical delivery time?
Stock products ship within 3-5 business days. Custom formulations take 10-15 days for production. Shipping to most ports takes 15-30 days by sea, or 5-7 days by air.
