SENFLOC Mining Flocculant Grade Screening
ChinaPAM accepts enquiries for every SENFLOC grade listed below, quotes a grade-specific screening route, and discusses sample arrangements after the grade and conditions are confirmed. Send the complete grade name or a bag-label photo; ChinaPAM will identify the route and the process conditions needed for a bench test.
Supply Route Comparison
Published reference data and the ChinaPAM route for AECI SENFLOC mining flocculant grades
SENFLOC is a trademark of its owner, and AECI Mining Chemicals is the publisher of the brochure cited on this page. ChinaPAM is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or a distributor for either. The brand and model names are used only to identify the incumbent product a buyer is asking about.
| Parameter | ChinaPAM Supply Route | AECI SENFLOC mining flocculant grades |
|---|---|---|
| Listed grades and their ionic class | CNfloc 1054 / 1063 for the high-anionic rows; CNfloc 1062 / K62 for medium; CNfloc 1062 / 1042 for low-medium | 2660, 3110 and 3360 High Anionic; 5150 Medium Anionic; 5160 Low-Medium Anionic — all read from the printed rows |
| How shared or limited source rows are handled | Each grade has a named route and evidence boundary; identical source rows remain explicitly identified | 2660 and 3110 print identical rows; 3360 repeats the 2550 pattern bar one dot; 5160 prints no dots at all |
| Physical form | Anionic polyacrylamide powder across all listed grades | Powder / dry polymer, stated at range level on page 2 rather than per grade |
| Molecular weight | Confirmed from the quoted ChinaPAM grade’s own data at quotation | Not published per grade anywhere in the held source |
| Exact charge percentage | Confirmed from the quoted ChinaPAM grade’s own data at quotation | Not published per grade; the ionic class is the only charge information the rows carry |
| Blank cells on a row | Any duty you send is screened on its own conditions, marked or not | A blank cell in the printed matrix is a fact about the brochure’s layout. It is not evidence that the grade cannot be used in that duty, and it is not evidence about what ChinaPAM can supply. |
| Performance on your feed | Unknown until a comparative bench test; that is the acceptance basis for every grade here | The brochure states that its application matrix is a guide and that final selection must be based on laboratory bench-test results. Nothing on this page replaces that bench test. |
| Current availability | Confirmed in the quotation against grade, destination and order conditions | Per-grade molecular weight and exact charge percentage for the branded grade are not published in the held source. Current availability, lead time and current batch documents on either side are not established by this evidence and are confirmed only in a quotation. |
| Documents | Applicable document set and TDS availability are confirmed against the quoted ChinaPAM grade; a batch-specific COA is tied to a confirmed shipment only. Price and sample arrangements are open for discussion now; competitor package size and ChinaPAM stock, lead time, current TDS or COA stay unclaimed until separately confirmed. | A published application brochure with no printed document date. An application guide, not a specification. |

Key Features
- Every listed grade has its own grade-specific screening route, printed ionic class and evidence boundary.
- Grades sharing an identical printed row are reported transparently and still require confirmation of the complete grade name and application conditions.
- A grade with no printed application dots is still answerable — the blank row is a layout fact, not a non-supply statement.
- Dedicated guidance is available for SENFLOC 3350, 5310 and 5330, with each route retaining its own screening basis and trial limits.
- ChinaPAM accepts the enquiry now: price, samples, applicable document set and application-condition checks.
- No identical-formula, drop-in or guaranteed-performance claim, and no numeric alignment invented between suppliers.
- No current-stock, lead-time or batch-document claim on either side until separately confirmed.
Applications
- Copper and coal tailings thickening and clarification
- Brine clarification and phosphate slimes
- Zinc neutral leach and base metals concentrate duties

The supply answer first, then the grade you came for
Every grade named on this page is one ChinaPAM accepts an enquiry for today. Price and sample arrangements are open for discussion from the first message, and the applicable document set and your application conditions can be checked at the same time.
The state is same-type screening throughout. ChinaPAM does not supply the branded SENFLOC grades, does not claim exact equivalence and does not claim to manufacture any competitor product. ChinaPAM’s own manufacturing and document position is on the supplier profile and the certifications and compliance page.
Dedicated guidance is also available for 2550, 3180 and 5210.
How the source limits grade-by-grade selection
The brochure is an application matrix, not a specification sheet. For several grades it carries only an ionic class and a pattern of dots, and in some cases two grades carry rows that are indistinguishable. The source therefore supports grade-specific screening routes and evidence limits, but not invented distinctions.
Each grade below keeps its printed ionic class, marked duties, ChinaPAM screening route and statement of what is unknown. Related grades with dedicated guidance are linked for the buyer’s convenience.
Per-grade molecular weight and exact charge percentage for the branded grade are not published in the held source. Current availability, lead time and current batch documents on either side are not established by this evidence and are confirmed only in a quotation.
SENFLOC 2660 and SENFLOC 3110 — identical printed rows
SENFLOC 2660 is classified High Anionic and carries eight marked applications. SENFLOC 3110 is also classified High Anionic, and its printed row is identical to 2660 — the same class and the same eight dots. The source gives no published basis for telling them apart.
ChinaPAM screens the same route for both: CNfloc 1054 first, CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. If you are running one of them and considering the other, that choice cannot be settled from this brochure; it is settled on your own feed.
What the source establishes: that both are exact listed models, that both are High Anionic, and that their application rows are the same. What it does not establish: molecular weight, charge percentage, any difference between the two grades, current availability on either side, or performance on your slurry.
SENFLOC 3110 — see the 2660 entry above
SENFLOC 3110 shares the same printed source row as SENFLOC 2660; ChinaPAM still confirms the complete grade name and application conditions before selecting a trial route.
Screening route: CNfloc 1054 first, CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. Price and samples are open for discussion now, and the enquiry can be opened with the model name or a bag-label photo.
SENFLOC 3360 — high anionic, no decanter dot printed
SENFLOC 3360 is classified High Anionic. Its marked applications match the SENFLOC 2550 row with one difference: no decanter centrifuge dot is printed on the 3360 row.
That difference is reported, not interpreted. A blank cell in the printed matrix is a fact about the brochure’s layout. It is not evidence that the grade cannot be used in that duty, and it is not evidence about what ChinaPAM can supply. A decanter enquiry on 3360 is screened against the actual machine and feed; what this page will not do is copy the 2550 decanter path across to fill the gap.
Screening route: CNfloc 1054 first, CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. For the full treatment of this chemistry on the duties 3360 shares with 2550, see the SENFLOC 2550 page — but the grade identity and the decanter position stay as stated here.
SENFLOC 5150 — medium anionic, one marked duty
SENFLOC 5150 is classified Medium Anionic and its row carries a single marked application: Zinc - Neutral Leach. One dot is a narrow piece of positioning, and it is all the source gives.
ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1062 first with CNfloc K62 as the alternate. Zinc neutral leach liquor is screened on its own conditions — free alkalinity, dissolved metal load, ionic strength and temperature all move the dose response, and none of them is in the brochure.
What the source does not establish: molecular weight, charge percentage, suitability for any duty outside the one dot, current availability, or performance on your liquor. A duty with a blank cell is not excluded; send it and it is screened.
SENFLOC 5160 — low-medium anionic, no dots printed at all
SENFLOC 5160 is classified Low-Medium Anionic, and its row carries no application dots. This is stated plainly because the alternative — quietly omitting the grade — would read as a non-supply answer.
An empty application row is a fact about how the brochure was laid out. It is not evidence that the grade cannot be used in any duty, and it says nothing whatsoever about what ChinaPAM can supply or quote. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1062 first with CNfloc 1042 as the alternate, the second grade keeping a lower charge band open given the low-medium classification.
Because there is no printed duty to start from, the intake matters more here than elsewhere: send the slurry or liquor type, the dosing point, solids percentage, pH, temperature, your current grade and dose, and the target you are measured against.
SENFLOC 3350, 5310 and 5330 screening guidance
For a SENFLOC 3350 enquiry, use the Zetag 4100 screening guide, which sets out the applicable chemistry, screening route and trial limits.
SENFLOC 5310 and SENFLOC 5330 are both classified Non Ionic and print identical rows. Use the Magnafloc 351 screening guide, where the CNfloc 1003-led non-ionic route and trial limits are stated.
For each of these grades, confirm the complete model name, feed conditions and performance target before trial; the named guidance retains its own source limits and unresolved questions.
Preparation, dosing and recurring failure modes
The brochure requires an approved dispenser and effective wetting to prevent lumps, and it warns against excessive turbulence once flocs have formed and against centrifugal pumps on flocculated streams.
Three failure modes recur across every grade on this page, and all three are checked before any bulk commitment.
| Trigger | Consequence | Verification step |
|---|---|---|
| Dry polymer is poorly wetted on make-up, or make-up concentration drifts above the usable window. | Lumps and partially hydrated polymer, wasting dose and risking blocked make-up and dosing lines. | Use an approved dispenser and confirm effective wetting; hold 1–3 g/L with 5 g/L as the maximum and under 60 minutes at working concentration; inspect for lumps before recording any treatment result. |
| Excessive turbulence once flocs have formed, or a centrifugal pump on the flocculated stream. | Shear breaks the flocs, so a correct dose reads as a settling or clarity failure. | Review the dosing point and transfer path for shear, avoid centrifugal pumps on flocculated streams, and re-measure settling rate and clarity once corrected. |
| A grade is chosen from the printed matrix — or from a sibling grade’s row — without a bench test on the actual feed. | The charge or molecular-weight band is wrong for the duty in service: dose climbs, targets are missed, and the circuit is tuned around an unscreened polymer. | Bench-test on the actual slurry or liquor across a dose ladder, per duty, and treat identical printed rows as an open question rather than an answer. |
Validation and how to start
The brochure states that its application matrix is a guide and that final selection must be based on laboratory bench-test results. Nothing on this page replaces that bench test.
Run the comparison on the same feed, the same equipment and the same time window, normalised to active polymer rather than solution volume, across a dose ladder instead of a single point. Record settling rate, supernatant or overflow clarity, floc strength under the shear the circuit applies, underflow or cake result and the full dose response.
Price and sample arrangements are open now — Get Price, Request a Sample, WhatsApp or Email. The grade name or a bag-label photo is enough to open the enquiry. Brand Equivalents & Replacements
Each grade listed below has its own grade-specific screening route and evidence boundary. ChinaPAM accepts an enquiry for any of them, screens on the held brochure row and the liquor conditions you state, quotes, and discusses sample arrangements from there. Grades sharing an identical printed row are not treated as interchangeable, and none of these routes is offered as a tested replacement, an identical product or a performance guarantee ahead of a bench test on your own duty.
| Brand | Grade | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| AECI SENFLOC | 2660 | High Anionic with eight marked applications. Its printed row is identical to SENFLOC 3110. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1054 first with CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. Same-type screening only. |
| AECI SENFLOC | 3110 | High Anionic, printed row identical to SENFLOC 2660. Same screening route: CNfloc 1054 first, CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. Same-type screening only. |
| AECI SENFLOC | 3360 | High Anionic. Its marked applications match the SENFLOC 2550 row except that no decanter centrifuge dot is printed. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1054 first with CNfloc 1063 as the alternate. Same-type screening only. |
| AECI SENFLOC | 5150 | Medium Anionic with a single marked application, Zinc - Neutral Leach. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1062 first with CNfloc K62 as the alternate. Same-type screening only. |
| AECI SENFLOC | 5160 | Low-Medium Anionic with no application dots printed on its row. That is a fact about the brochure layout, not evidence of non-applicability or non-supply. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1062 first with CNfloc 1042 as the alternate. Same-type screening only. |

Frequently Asked Questions — SENFLOC Mining Flocculant Grade Screening
Can ChinaPAM supply for the SENFLOC grades listed here?
Yes — each one has a named same-type screening route, and price and samples are open for discussion immediately. Exact equivalence, manufacture of the branded grades and guaranteed performance before a bench test are not claimed.
How does ChinaPAM handle SENFLOC grades with shared or limited published data?
ChinaPAM keeps the exact grade name, printed ionic class and marked duties intact, then assigns a grade-specific screening route and confirms fit by bench test. Identical source rows are reported as identical; blank cells are not turned into unsupported exclusions. Dedicated guidance is available for 2550, 3180 and 5210.
SENFLOC 2660 and 3110 look the same. Which should I use?
The held source cannot answer that — both are classified High Anionic and their application rows are identical, with no published molecular weight or charge percentage to separate them. ChinaPAM screens CNfloc 1054 first and CNfloc 1063 as the alternate for either, and the choice is settled on your own feed.
SENFLOC 5160 has no application dots. Does that mean it is not supported?
No. An empty application row is a fact about the brochure’s layout. It is not evidence that the grade cannot be used in a duty, and it is not a statement about what ChinaPAM can supply or quote. The screening route is CNfloc 1062 first with CNfloc 1042 as the alternate, and the enquiry is open.
Why is SENFLOC 3360 not given the SENFLOC 2550 decanter path?
Because the source prints no decanter dot on the 3360 row. The absence is reported rather than filled in from a sibling grade. A decanter enquiry on 3360 is screened against the actual machine and feed.
What is still unresolved for every grade on this page?
Per-grade molecular weight and exact charge percentage for the branded grades; any published basis for distinguishing grades with identical rows; a ChinaPAM comparative test result on your feed; and current inventory, lead time and batch documents on either side, which are quotation and shipment matters.
