Which grade is best for coal washing?
For coking coal and thermal coal fines, APAM Medium MW (3–8M Da) with 15–25% hydrolysis works best. Coarser coal (>0.5mm) may perform equally well with APAM High MW at lower dosage.
What dosage for tailings thickener?
5–20 ppm depending on solids content and particle size distribution. A settling test with actual slurry is essential before scaling up.
