FLOPAM AN 910 Equivalent — Anionic PAM (CNfloc 1062)
✦ Equivalent Grade for SNF FLOPAM AN 910

FLOPAM AN 910 Equivalent — Anionic PAM (CNfloc 1062)

SNF publishes FLOPAM AN 910 as a low charge density, standard molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide powder. Our closest grade is CNfloc 1062, a medium charge density, medium molecular weight anionic PAM. Both are partially hydrolysed polyacrylamides serving the same duty: raw water clarification, tailings thickening, and industrial effluent settling. Because SNF and ChinaPAM publish grade descriptors on their own scales, we recommend a jar test on your actual water before switching. We supply free trial quantities for exactly this purpose.

Dosage Guide

Typical anionic PAM dosing for raw water clarification and tailings duty is established by jar test on the target stream. Use your existing AN 910 dose rate as the starting point.

Frequently Asked Questions — FLOPAM AN 910 Equivalent — Anionic PAM (CNfloc 1062)

Is CNfloc 1062 an exact copy of FLOPAM AN 910?

No. It is an independently manufactured anionic polyacrylamide, not a licensed copy. The base chemistry is the same family (partially hydrolysed polyacrylamide) and we position CNfloc 1062 against the published AN 910 profile, but grade descriptors follow different in-house scales. Confirm suitability with a jar test on your own water.

Will I need to change my dosage or equipment settings?

Start from your current AN 910 dosage as a baseline, then fine-tune with a jar test. Optimal dosage depends on your water chemistry, solids loading and mixing energy, so we do not claim a fixed conversion factor.

What if it does not perform the same?

That is why we ship free trial samples. Test on your actual water or sludge before any bulk commitment. If the result does not meet your target, you have lost nothing.

Why do you not publish exact molecular weight and charge density numbers?

Neither do the major suppliers. SNF, BASF and others publish grade descriptors (low / medium / high) rather than exact figures, because both properties vary within a production window. We follow the same convention so comparisons stay honest.

What documentation do you provide?

Every shipment includes a Technical Data Sheet, a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, and an MSDS. Jar test protocol guidance is included with trial samples.
